If I had to choose one thing I love about HRG, it would be the "family". I have worked for giant corporations, private country clubs, and I owned my own business for 10 years. But this is the only company where I have met the owner, the CEO, the Director of Operations, the Regional Managers, and the District Managers...we really are a family company. Everyone cares about me, my family, and my second family - my team. They give me the air space to run my store and the support when needed. What I love the most is the people. Our leaders above us are so supportive and they help us, and I could call them at any time, and they answer, and they have great respect for each other. One of my proudest moments was the opening of Dixie Highway. That was our third busiest week ever as a company and watching all of the uppers come and help support, whether they knew how to make pizzas or not, they were in that building and helping me open that location. It's just a lot of fun.
